Minister of Foreign Affairs Gideon Sa’ar spoke on Thursday with the Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom David Lammy.

FM Sa’ar thanked the British Foreign Secretary for his strong condemnation of the shocking antisemitic attacks in Amsterdam last week, and for his commitment and the commitment of the British government to the fight against antisemitism in Britain and abroad.

Ahead of the meeting of the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency next week, FM Sa’ar stressed that it is important for the international community to understand the serious threat that Iran poses to the entire world and to act accordingly. FM Sa’ar added that countries must demand that the IAEA condemn Iran for its repeated violations and report on them. He noted that the regime in Tehran continues to threaten and attack Israel directly and through its proxies throughout the Middle East, and one can only imagine how this fanatical regime would operate if, God forbid, it had the “umbrella” of nuclear weapons.
