Neo-Nazis marched through the streets of Dortmund calling for Palestinian support and the destruction of the State of Israel on the first day of Rosh Hashanah.
Israel’s Ambassador to Germany Jeremy Issacharoff slated the rally that saw around 70 neo-Nazi activists display Third Reich flags chanting “Palestine help us, Israel still exists” and “Israel no more”.
“Disgraceful to see neo-Nazis openly on the streets of Dortmund just as we celebrate the Jewish New Year,” noted Issacharoff on social media, who added his wife’s great grandparents, who were from Dortmund, were murdered by the Nazis.
“Where there is no remorse there can be no forgiveness,” he added.
Anti-Fascists are set to march in retaliation against the activists.
