Over 30 women from diverse backgrounds and stages of life enjoyed Jewish Women’s Circle pre-Chanukah evening, Oil & Chanukah, at Chabad Lubavitch in Leeds.

Organiser Dabrushy Pink explained the spiritual and mystical significance of oil, why we celebrate the smaller miracle of the oil about Chanukah, rather than the bigger military victory over the mighty Greek-Syrians.

Aromatherapist Diana Tyson of Natural Transformation Therapy gave a presentation and guided all the women through a hand massage routine.

Attendees were treated to Chanukah themed refreshments.

Linda Feldman won a Chanukah platter raffle.
