Hundreds of Jewish pupils in Leeds have experienced the joy of making matzo for Pesach.
Rabbi Eli Pink and Rabbi Mendy Chazan of Lubavitch facilitated the annual fun activity through the model matzo bakery at local schools.
Brodetsky Primary, Allerton, Gateways, Menorah Schools along with the the Grammar School at Leeds took part in the annual initiative.
“We do these hands on workshops for most of the festivals each year,” enthused Rabbi Pink. “It’s great to bring the festival to life for the children and make Judaism exciting for them.”
