Ingredients:

·         2 eggs

·         2 tbsp. milk (optional)

·         various fillings (chopped tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, peppers, grated cheese)

Method:

1.     Break 2 eggs into a medium size ziplock bag

2.     Add milk (optional)

3.     Seal the bag and gently shake and squeeze the bag

4.     Add your favourite fillings

5.     Squeeze the bag to remove air and seal

6.     Place the bag into a large pan of boiling water and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes

7.     Open the bag carefully and serve
