Quizmasters Adam and Malcolm Simon, ably assisted by Malcolm’s wife Elaine, challenged the skills and knowledge of over 150 people in the hall with questions on a wide and varied range of subjects.

Audio visual support was provided by past chair, Jonny Wineberg, who also drew the raffle at the end of the Quiz.

Jacky Buchsbaum, Jewish Representative Council Chair said: “One of the roles of the JRC is to ‘unify’ and it was a pleasure to see participants from a broad spectrum within our community socialising together.”

The Quiz brought together representatives from a wide spectrum of Synagogues and organisations from across Greater Manchester and was enjoyed by all in an atmosphere of friendly competition with refreshments provided by the Jewish Representative Council.
