Now that Pesach is truly over and you are carbo-loading for the London Marathon, why not enjoy a Eureka Cove Kosher ready meal like Spaghetti Bolognese or Beef Lasagna. Available now at Tesco (online and in store) and next week on Ocado.com.

Eureka Cove’s four meaty dishes are made with prime lean top- of- the- rib beef. The Hake goujons are sustainably sourced and enrobed in a gluten-free seasoned panko crumb. Just prepare a crisp rainbow salad and steam some broccoli and kale florets together with baby carrots to complete your 5 a day.

It’s not easy to find tasty kosher convenience food, preservative free, with no added sugar or salts that is not only nutritious but calorie controlled and in-line with government guidelines for portion control – and recommendation for eating starchy foods to feel “fuller for longer.” These meals are easy to prepare and can be cooked from frozen in 40 minutes (oven 140 c). Defrosted in 20 minutes (170 c)or microwave (follow cooking instructions).

Simply delicious meals for everyone, but especially aimed at the singles/newly married market plus teenagers who have left home or off to university. They are extremely useful for convalescents or the ly. Ideal for business travellers or for those families who self-cater when on vacation.

Manufactured in Amsterdam under the supervision of Rabbi Pinchas Padwa. Recipes have been created by co-founder Richie Loebenberg, previously founder of Great Food (now branded Gosh! Naturally Free From) and recently a Leith’s alumni chef.

“It is a Eureka Moment that Eureka Cove has introduced affordable delicious kosher meals to thousands of homes that have not experiencedkosher before – as a frozen convenience food” commented Rabbi Padwa.

Richie and his wife, Jackie Loebenberg who is also the co-founder of the brand, have recently appointed a new Sales and Marketing Director, Janice Shapiro to help grow the company into a household brand as well as Laurie Rosenberg as Community Liaison to help engage within the Jewish community.

Janice and Jackie are both cancer survivors and met coincidentally through a Chai Cancer Care Lifestyle group which assists clients ‘’moving on after cancer treatment’’.

Janice was diagnosed with a rare form of nasal cancer in May 2017 after experiencing sinus problems which weren’t responding to conventional medicine. After two operations and a six-week course of radiotherapy she is now in remission.

Janice says, “My sensory awareness of smell and taste is far greater now and I am very excited to be involved in the Eureka Cove brand.”

Chai Cancer Care offered tremendous support to both Jackie, Janice and their respective families. They got us through a really difficult time and now want to make a difference to others by supporting Chai Cancer Care. For every EUREKA COVE product sold 25p will be donated to Chai.

Experience a lifetime changer of delicious kosher frozen ready meals at affordable prices available now at Tesco, next week at Ocado and all kosher independents nationwide under the brand name Eureka Cove.
