Following the success of last year, Mizrachi UK, in partnership with Kinloss Synagogue and the World Zionist Organisation, brought 18 top scholars and educators from Israel for a ‘Weekend of Inspiration’.
Over 3000 people were inspired by the Rabbanim and Rebbezins in 25 communities across the U.K. over Shabbat. More than 500 people were in attendance in Kinloss Synagogue for a full day of learning to hear 45 Shiurim from Torat Yisrael at ‘The Day of Inspiration’.
Keynote speeches included Rav Doron Perez, Head of Mizrachi Worldwide, and Eli Beer, founder and President of United Hatzalah amongst others.
CEO of Mizrachi UK, Rabbi Andrew Shaw commented: “It was an unbelievable weekend showcasing the talent of Israel, bringing it to the heart of our communities and inspiring thousands. Rabbi Jeremy Lawrence, who initiated the Day of Inspiration at Kinloss three years ago comments that he is “delighted that we are able to bring Torat Eretz Yisrael to the heart of our community. The Day of Inspiration showcases the best of the teachers from the Yeshivot and Seminaries, where our kids are going. These are the rabbonim and educators who are shaping the thought and the future of religious Zionism; accessible and scholarly Judaism, the spiritual leaders who are are forging our Jewish future.”
